MISSION
During my nearly 30-year career in investment management and consulting, I discovered my passion is “investing in people”. As a proud mother of two adult sons, and the sole income provider in my family, I’ve also learned a lot about “juggling it all” and enjoy helping women, who might feel overwhelmed, re-energize and find more peace and inspiration in their professional and personal lives.
As a trusted advisor, I help women who work in traditionally male-dominated industries embrace their unique and quirky selves, set goals in line with their values, and amplify their talents in the pursuit of a more fulfilling life.

ABOUT SUE
Sue is an experienced executive in the investment management industry with extensive experience in high level business and team leadership. Prior to her retirement in 2018, Sue served as the President of Wellington Hedge Management and the Funds Group and as a Partner of Wellington Management Company, one of the world’s largest independent investment firms serving clients in over 60 countries.
Devoted to the cause of diversity, equity and inclusion, Sue was a founding member of Wellington’s Diversity Committee and was an active supporter of the firm’s Women’s Network and Young Professionals Group.
Sue serves on the Board of Trustees for Bentley University and on the Board of Directors for Horizons for Homeless Children.
